1. Eligibility
The Fall in Love with Mystic Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Mystic River Inn LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Rules
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions and represent and warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

3. Sweepstakes
Period The Sweepstakes begins on September 22, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter
To enter, complete and submit the official Sweepstakes entry form during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants may be encouraged to follow Mystic River Inn on Facebook and/or Instagram, like the giveaway post, and comment on the giveaway post; however, these social media actions are not required to enter or win.

There is a limit of one entry per person. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.

Any attempt to submit multiple entries, use fraudulent methods, or otherwise circumvent these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Prize 
One (1) winner will receive a complimentary one-night stay, double occupancy, Sunday through Thursday night, at Mystic River Inn, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $500.

The specific room or accommodation will be determined by Mystic River Inn based on availability. The prize must be redeemed by April 30, 2027, and is subject to availability.

Taxes and applicable fees associated with the prize are included. The prize cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The prize must be used by the winner (and one guest only) and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged. Any additional expenses not expressly included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, and/or statements regarding the Sweepstakes for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

6. Odds
The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The potential winner will be notified by email by December 15, 2026, using the contact information provided on the entry form. The Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s failure to receive notification due to spam filters, email settings, incorrect contact information, or other technical or communication issues beyond the Sponsor’s control.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the date the notification is sent. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The receipt of the prize is conditioned upon the winner’s compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and these Terms & Conditions.

8. Rights Granted by You
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants grant Mystic River Inn LLC and anyone acting on its behalf, its licensees, successors, and assigns permission, where permitted by law, to use the entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, image, statements, and other submitted information for purposes related to the Sweepstakes, including advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation. 

9. Sponsor’s Rights
Mystic River Inn LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, computer viruses, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or the website; violates these Terms & Conditions; or otherwise acts in a manner the Sponsor determines to be unfair, fraudulent, disruptive, or inappropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Mystic River Inn LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctioning computers, networks, hardware, software, websites, Internet connections, or email systems; unauthorized human intervention; or electronic or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries.

11. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved individually and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Connecticut.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or attorneys’ fees, except for actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with entering the Sweepstakes.

12. Privacy and Email Communications 
Information submitted through the Sweepstakes entry form will be used to administer the promotion and contact the potential winner.

By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge that the Sponsor will collect and use the information provided for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes.

Entrants may also choose to opt in to receive future email communications from Mystic River Inn. Email marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

Mystic River Inn does not currently maintain a separate online privacy policy. Information collected through the entry form will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s applicable practices and the terms presented on the entry form.

13. Social Media Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

By participating through Facebook or Instagram, entrants agree to release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from any liability related to the Sweepstakes.
